Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a project inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Project Engagement

Synventic provides custom software development, AI and automation solutions, cloud deployment, mobile development, and technical consulting services.

• Each project begins with a written proposal or agreement defining scope, timeline, and price.
• You agree to provide the information, access, and feedback needed to complete the work in a timely manner.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Project Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you — including source code, designs, and documentation — free of lock-in. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal processes, which we license to you for use as part of your project.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We treat your business data, source code, and strategy as confidential, and we sign NDAs on request.

5. Payments & Invoicing

• Fixed-scope projects are invoiced per the agreed schedule, typically a deposit and milestone payments.
• Ongoing support and maintenance run on simple monthly care plans that you can adjust or cancel at any time, with no long-term lock-in.
• Invoices are due per the agreed payment terms; overdue balances may pause active work.

6. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch fixes, monitoring, and improvements are provided under our care plans. Work outside a care plan (new features, major changes) is quoted separately. Care plans can be paused or canceled with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with professional care, but on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synventic's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding six months.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice per the terms of the agreement. You remain responsible for work completed and agreed payments up to the termination date. Source code and deliverables completed and paid for to that point are handed over to you.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect new services or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
